Click & Grow
During my 3 years at Click & Grow, I managed organic growth and content creation across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and Pinterest as their social media manager. Most notably, during my time at Click & Grow, I have grown the Instagram account from 11K to 70k, making it the 3rd most followed Estonian startup. Along with increasing growth across all channels, I have developed out a brand voice and vision. I have managed the Brand & Communications team, holding monthly meetings, and planning customer activations. I designed international video and photoshoots for our Mother's Day campaign and for Back to School season. In addition, I have managed co-branding opportunities with Eco-Tools and Murad.
GURUHUB.
GuruHub was a digital-only media startup founded by The Property Brothers, Drew and Jonathan Scott. I worked with their Los Angeles based team to set up their social media accounts. I created a visual presence and brand voice, set up their Facebook Ad accounts to spend, capture behind the scenes content during films and video shoots, and coordinated an influencer schedule and network among the personalities that the brand was working with.

While at BCBGMAXAZRIA, I suggested to the Social Media Manger that I could cover Coachella Music Festival for BCBGMAXAZRIA in 2017. After working with the Social Media Manager to develop the look and voice of the BCBGMAXAZRIA women at Coachella, I was able to create the following content.
BCBGMAXAZRIA.
During the summer of 2016 I had a Creative Services/Social Media internship with BCBG! During that summer I got to expand my portfolio and learn more about the business side of Digital and having an online presence. My supervisor gave our team opportunities for each of us to plan out weekend posts and then every Monday we could analyze just how well each post did. I learned how to better connect with the consumer through social media, the importance of planning posts via Hootsuite, and how to better expand brand recognition by being in contact with mall properties around the US.
While my strength resides in the more creative filed my supervisor recognized that and gave me the opportunity to plan and take photos for the BCBGMAXAZRIA Instagram! As well as, multiple opportunities to blog and write copy for BCBG's social media channels, and letting us strategize consumer engagement ideas for NYFW and during our social media giveaway for reaching 500,000 Instagram followers.

Bealls.
In 2014, I got the chance to intern for Bealls Department Store Headquarters in Bradenton, FL. I was one of two marketing interns that summer out a group of 12 interns. While I interned at Bealls I learned everything from how to monitor a focus group, direct mail strategy, placing ads based off zip codes (zip code analysis), ad production, creating two separate direct mail mailers for October 2014, and attending promotion events in Vero Beach, Jupiter, and Orlando!
Along with helping the Bealls marketing team I also got to assist the ecommerce team, photo and styling team, and the social media manager! While assisting the Social Media manager I got to run the Bealls Department Store Pinterest account, creating 12 new boards, two of which were originals, plan, set up, and produce pictures for their Instagram account, and learn about running Facebook campaigns!
